You may be the perfect fit for our HR & Finance Manager Role!

As the HR & Finance Manager, you’ll be responsible for keeping the Etched Actuarial team connected and supporting them in moving forward.

Plus, you’ll be involved with the financial aspects of the business as well, ensuring that any financial concerns with our members are resolved, and that our team members are compensated for their hard work.

As the HR & Finance Manager, you’ll also be responsible for managing a team of 1-2 team members.

This is a virtual position that does NOT require you to be near Brea and other team members. This part-time opportunity is extremely flexible with work times; approximately 10-15 hours per week anticipated.

Here are some of the tasks that the HR & Finance manager would be responsible for:

  • Reviewing resumes and conducting interviews for open positions
  • Onboarding new team members
  • Calculating key performance indicators (KPIs) on a monthly/weekly basis
  • Writing and distributing the monthly team update newsletters 
  • Scheduling and host monthly management meetings
  • Conducting bi-annual security checks
  • Conducting bi-annual team member satisfaction surveys
  • Calculating team member raises
